Rewards Master End‑User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 02-26-2025

1. License Grant

   Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to download, install, and use the Rewards Master App on your iOS device for personal, non‑commercial use only.

2. Restrictions

   • You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
   • You agree not to distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense any portion of the App.
   • You agree not to use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose or in any manner that circumvents Apple’s in‑app purchase system.
   • You agree not to violate any applicable laws or these Terms in connection with your use of the App.

3. Ownership

   Rewards Master, including all its components, features, and content, is owned by us and our licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or any of its intellectual property.

4. Updates and Modifications

   We may update or modify the App and this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Termination

   Your license to use the App is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your license at any time for any breach of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

   The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error‑free or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Third‑Party Services

   The App incorporates third‑party services including AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Facebook, One Signal, AppLovin, RevenueCat, and Apple Sign In. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their actions or policies.

9. Governing Law

   This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco, to whose jurisdiction you hereby consent.

10. Entire Agreement

    This EULA, together with the Terms and Conditions and any other legal notices or agreements published by us in the App, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
