Rewards Master Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By downloading, installing, or using the Rewards Master application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the End-User License Agreement (EULA) outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. Definitions

   • User: Any individual or entity using the App.
   • Digital Trading Items: Digital cards, stickers, or other in‑app digital assets available for exchange.
   • Listing: A User‑created advertisement specifying the Digital Trading Items offered for exchange, including details of what is being offered and what is being requested.
   • In‑App Purchase: A purchase made through Apple’s in‑app purchase system (via RevenueCat) for disabling ads or accessing additional features such as increased listing allowances or enhanced profile visibility.

3. Description of Services

   The App provides four main features:

   • Rewards Links: A section featuring rewards links for various games, sourced from public domains and provided by game owners/developers.
   • Statistics: A section displaying estimates of rewards collected through the App.
   • Public Chatroom: A forum where Users can interact and communicate.
   • Digital Trading Marketplace: A platform where Users create Listings to exchange Digital Trading Items.

   Note: Rewards Master facilitates these User-to-User interactions and does not guarantee that any trade will be successfully completed.

4. User-Generated Content

   • No Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Users must not post or share content that is objectionable, offensive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or that violates any applicable laws.
   • Reporting Mechanism: The App provides an in‑app reporting feature for Users to promptly report objectionable content.
   • Content Moderation: We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any User-generated content deemed objectionable. Our team will make reasonable efforts to respond to content reports within 24 hours.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

   • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
   • Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to treat others with respect and refrain from engaging in abusive or disruptive behavior, especially in the public chatroom.
   • Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to trade Digital Trading Items for money or any other form of payment. Any such attempts will result in suspension or termination of the offending account.
   • Transaction Accountability: All trades arranged through the Marketplace are conducted directly between Users, and Rewards Master assumes no responsibility for disputes or failed trades.

6. In‑App Purchases

   • In‑App Purchases are offered solely for the purposes of disabling ads and unlocking minor features (such as additional Listings or a verified check mark).
   • All transactions are processed exclusively through Apple’s in‑app purchase system via RevenueCat and are subject to Apple’s policies.
   • Refund requests for In‑App Purchases must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with the App Store’s guidelines.

7. Application Updates and Termination

   The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

8. In‑App Subscriptions and Purchases

   This section governs the terms and conditions related to in‑app subscriptions and purchases made through the CM REWARDS app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices.

   • Subscription Services
     • Subscription Terms: By subscribing to premium features or services within the Application, you agree to pay the specified subscription fees at the intervals indicated. Subscription fees are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
     • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by accessing your account settings in the respective app store provider.
     • Billing and Payment: You authorize the Service Provider to charge the designated payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Payment will be processed through the app store provider's payment system (Apple App Store). You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees.
     • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise specified in this agreement. Refund requests for subscription fees should be directed to the app store provider in accordance with their policies.
   • In‑App Purchases
     • Purchase Terms: In‑app purchases for virtual goods, content, or additional features are available within the Application. By making an in‑app purchase, you agree to pay the specified purchase price using the designated payment method.
     • Billing and Payment: In‑app purchases are processed through the app store provider's payment system. You authorize the Service Provider to charge the designated payment method for the applicable purchase price. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees.
     • Refunds: In‑app purchases are generally non-refundable, but refunds may be available in certain circumstances as determined by the app store provider's policies.
   • RevenueCat Integration: The Service Provider utilizes RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage and process in‑app subscriptions and purchases. By using the Application, you agree to RevenueCat's Terms of Service, which are available at RevenueCat.com.
   • Modification and Termination: The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription services, in‑app purchases, or access to the Application at any time for any reason without prior notice.

9. Third‑Party Services

   Rewards Master integrates with third‑party services including AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Facebook, One Signal, AppLovin, RevenueCat, and Apple Sign In. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third‑party services.

10. Privacy

    Your privacy is important. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the App, you consent to our privacy practices.

11. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the App are owned by us or our licensors. No portion of the App may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    • As‑Is Basis: The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
    • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the App or its content will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or secure.
    • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any trade arranged through it.
    • User Responsibility: Any agreements or transactions between Users are solely their responsibility, and we assume no liability for disputes or issues arising from such interactions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
    • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
    • Disputes related to trades arranged outside the App are solely between the involved Users.

14. Modifications

    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
